Quick answer

As of August 2026, Hostinger India lists Premium at INR 139/month, Business at INR 199/month and Cloud Startup at INR 849/month on 48-month terms, all before 18% GST. Buy Premium for a small brochure site, Business for a 10-20 page WordPress business site, and Cloud Startup for WooCommerce or anything above 20,000 visits a month. Always take the 48-month term; renewals run two to three times the intro price.

The plans that matter for an Indian business

Hostinger sells more than a dozen products. For a business website you only need to choose between four:

PlanFamilyWebsitesStorageBackupsBest for
PremiumShared (web hosting)2525 GB SSDWeeklyBrochure sites, portfolios, low-traffic blogs
BusinessShared (web hosting)5050 GB NVMeDailyBusiness sites with blog, forms, Elementor themes
Cloud StartupCloud100100 GB NVMeDaily, on demandWooCommerce, membership, 20k+ visits/month
Agency HostingAgency100+200 GB NVMeDailyAgencies and freelancers managing client sites

Single (the cheapest tier) is deliberately left out. It allows one website, has no free domain, and the resource limits show up the first time you install a page builder. It costs about the same as Premium after GST on the 48-month term, so there is no reason to buy it for a business.

What you actually pay (with GST and renewal)

Hostinger shows a per-month figure but bills the whole term up front and adds 18% GST at checkout. These are the list prices we saw on 25 August 2026 (Hostinger runs promotions constantly, so treat them as a guide and confirm on the checkout page):

PlanIntro/month (48 mo)Term totalWith 18% GSTRenewal/month (approx.)Renewal for 4 more years (approx.)
PremiumINR 139INR 6,672INR 7,873INR 400-700INR 23,000-34,000
BusinessINR 199INR 9,552INR 11,271INR 600-900INR 34,000-51,000
Cloud StartupINR 849INR 40,752INR 48,087INR 1,700-2,200INR 96,000-1,25,000

Two things to notice. First, the intro price is only for the first term, which is why the 48-month option is the right one: it locks the low rate for the longest window Hostinger allows. Second, with code VGRAPLE (our partner code, 20% off first purchase for new customers) the with-GST figures drop to roughly INR 6,300, INR 9,000 and INR 38,500.

Which plan for which site

A 5-page company site, a portfolio, a doctor or lawyer profile site. Premium. It includes a free domain for the first year, free SSL, a Hostinger Email mailbox and the Mumbai data centre. Weekly backups are thin, so we add our own offsite backup on client sites.

A 10-20 page WordPress business site with a blog, lead forms and an Elementor or similar theme. Business. NVMe storage and the larger CPU allocation make Elementor pages load noticeably faster, and daily backups mean a broken update costs you a day, not a week. This is the plan most of our client sites sit on.

A WooCommerce store, a membership site, a site with a booking system, or anything expecting more than 20,000 visits a month. Cloud Startup. You get dedicated CPU and RAM instead of a shared pool, a dedicated IP, priority support, and no neighbour-noise slowdowns during a sale. If a client asks us for one answer with no follow-up questions, this is the plan we name.

You run 5 or more client sites. Agency Hosting. Each site gets an isolated environment and its own access, which matters the day a client wants to leave or hand a site to another developer.

Things included on every plan

  • Mumbai data centre (choose India as the location during setup; we do this for you with the free setup)
  • Free SSL certificate and automatic renewal
  • LiteSpeed web server with built-in caching for WordPress
  • Free domain for the first year on 12-month or longer terms (renews at Hostinger's domain price)
  • hPanel control panel, which is simpler than cPanel and fine for non-technical owners
  • 30-day money-back guarantee
  • 24/7 chat support (no phone support; that is the main thing GoDaddy and Bluehost have that Hostinger does not)

What is not really free

The "free email" is Hostinger's own mailbox, 1 GB on Premium. It works for a small business but it is not Google Workspace; if your team lives in Gmail, budget for Workspace separately. The free domain is one year only. And "unlimited bandwidth" has a fair-use clause that, in practice, is only a problem on Premium if a site suddenly gets tens of thousands of visitors.

Our recommendation

If you are choosing today for a business that plans to be around in four years, buy Cloud Startup on the 48-month term through our partner link. If the budget does not stretch, Business on 48 months is the best value on the list. Either way, do not buy 12 months to "try it": the 30-day money-back guarantee already covers the trial, and the 12-month price is far higher per month.

Frequently asked questions

Which Hostinger plan is best for a small business in India?

Business on a 48-month term for a typical 10-20 page WordPress site. Choose Cloud Startup if you run WooCommerce, memberships or expect more than 20,000 monthly visits. Premium is enough for a 5-page brochure site.

Does Hostinger charge GST in India?

Yes. 18% GST is added at checkout on top of the listed price. A plan shown at INR 199/month on 48 months is INR 9,552 before GST and about INR 11,271 after.

Is the Hostinger Single plan good enough for a business website?

No. It allows one site, has no free domain and tighter resource limits that show up with page builders. Premium costs about the same after GST on the 48-month term and removes those limits.

Should I buy Hostinger for 12 months or 48 months?

48 months. The intro price applies only to the first term, and the 12-month price per month is far higher. The 30-day money-back guarantee already covers the trial period.

What is the difference between Hostinger shared and cloud hosting?

Shared plans (Premium, Business) pool CPU and RAM with other customers on the server. Cloud plans (Cloud Startup and up) give you dedicated resources, a dedicated IP and priority support, which is why they handle WooCommerce and traffic spikes better.

Does the VGRAPLE code work on all Hostinger plans?

It applies to first purchases of any 12-month or longer hosting, cloud, VPS or email plan by a new Hostinger customer. It does not apply to domains or to existing Hostinger accounts.
