Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all services provided by VGraple ("we", "our", or "us"). We are committed to delivering high-quality services and treating our clients fairly. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.

1. Website Design & Development Projects

1.1 Advance Payment

Website projects require a 50% advance payment before work begins. This advance is non-refundable once the project has commenced, as it covers initial research, planning, design, and development hours invested.

1.2 Cancellation Before Commencement

If a project is cancelled before any work has begun (within 48 hours of payment), a full refund of the advance payment will be issued.

1.3 Cancellation After Commencement

If a project is cancelled after work has begun, the following applies:

Any amount paid in excess of the applicable charge will be refunded within 14 business days.

1.4 Project Pause

Projects may be paused by mutual written agreement. If a project remains on hold for more than 60 days due to client inaction (no content, approvals, or feedback), it will be treated as a cancellation as per Section 1.3.

2. Monthly Retainer Services (SEO, AEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Local SEO)

2.1 Cancellation Notice

Monthly retainer services require a minimum of 30 days written notice to cancel. Notice must be sent via email to info@vgraple.com. Services will continue until the end of the current billing period after notice is received.

2.2 Minimum Commitment

All digital marketing retainer services have a 3-month minimum commitment period. Cancellations requested within the first 3 months will be charged for the remaining months of the minimum term.

2.3 Refunds on Retainers

Monthly retainer fees are non-refundable once the billing period has commenced, as the team's time and resources are allocated at the start of each month. Exceptions may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of documented service failure on our part.

2.4 Ad Spend

Advertising budgets paid directly to Google or Meta are governed by those platforms' own refund and billing policies. VGraple does not control or guarantee refunds on ad spend. Our management fees are separate and non-refundable.

3. How to Request a Cancellation

To initiate a cancellation, please:

  1. Send a written cancellation request to info@vgraple.com
  2. Include your name, company name, project/service name, and reason for cancellation
  3. We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and confirm the effective cancellation date and any applicable charges

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction (bank transfer, UPI, etc.) unless otherwise agreed.

5. Disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect or you have a dispute regarding our services, please contact us at info@vgraple.com within 30 days of the invoice date. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Unresolved disputes will be subject to the governing law provisions in our Terms and Conditions.

6. Exceptions

We may make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion in genuine cases of service failure, force majeure events, or other extraordinary circumstances. All exceptions must be agreed in writing.
