Why do I need a WordPress maintenance plan?

Is there a minimum contract period?

What do developer support hours cover?

How are backups stored and how quickly can you restore?
All backups are stored offsite - not on your hosting server - so a hosting failure cannot take your backups down with it. The Care plan keeps 4 weekly backups, Shield keeps 30 daily backups, and Concierge keeps 90 daily backups. For a standard site, restoration typically takes 1-3 hours.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The new rate applies from your next billing cycle. Downgrades are possible with 30 days notice.
