VGraple charges a flat monthly management fee starting at ₹15,000/month for the Launch plan. Scale is ₹35,000/month and Dominate is ₹70,000/month. Above your ad spend threshold, a 12% performance fee applies to the excess only. Ad spend is separate and paid directly to Google.

What is the flat fee plus performance kicker model?

Your flat monthly fee covers all management work and includes ad spend up to your tier threshold. If your ad spend goes above that threshold in any month, we charge a 12% performance fee on the excess only (10% at Dominate tier). This aligns our incentives with your growth.

Do you handle my Google Ads budget directly?

No. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google from your own Google Ads account. We never hold or handle your ad budget. Our fee is purely for campaign management, optimisation, and reporting.

Is there a minimum contract?

Yes, we require a 3-month minimum engagement for all Google Ads management plans. After 3 months, the contract continues month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days written notice.

How quickly can you launch campaigns?

Campaigns are typically live by the end of week 1 after onboarding. The first performance review happens at end of week 3 once the campaigns have had time to gather data.

What types of Google Ads campaigns do you manage?

The Launch plan covers Search campaigns (up to 2). Scale adds Display and Remarketing. Dominate covers all campaign types including Performance Max, Shopping, Dynamic Search Ads, and advanced audience segmentation.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any point. Downgrades are possible after the 3-month minimum period with 30 days notice.
